DELIVERY
All orders are processed within two to five weekdays (after payment). We are working Monday through Friday, except on german federal or additionaly announced holidays. You will receive an order confirmation via email. Once we received the payment and your order is in the shipment process you will be once more notified via email.

VAT:

European Union:
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), the German VAT of 19% will be included in the price and will be marked accordingly upon shipment.

Non-EU countries: The postage costs include free delivery, packaging costs and provision of customs documents. The import sales taxes, commissions and customs duties levied by non-EU countries are carried by the recipient (customer).

We ship to Switzerland for EUR 9,50 via DHL
We carry the cost for returns with a purchase value over EUR 250.

Swiss / Russian Federation VAT, Customs & Charges:

Please note that importing into Switzerland an import tax (Swiss VAT) and possibly customs fees may apply. The costs are borne by you as the buyer.

– VAT: we ONLY charge the net price (see the price including VAT less 19% German VAT). Swiss Customs will charge 8% Swiss VAT upon import. Further costs may apply. These fees will be charged and invoiced to you separately by the Swiss Customs and are payable at delivery. Further information about the Swiss VAT can be obtained on the website of the federal tax administration.

-Customs fees: the amount is depending on the net price and the weight of the package and the nature of the goods. Please find more information at the website of the Swiss customs.
